Although this recipe uses Vodka and various Liqueurs, any alcohol combination can be used as long as the amount of alcohol to Sparkling Water remains at 4/1 and the proof does not exceed 80.
Ingredients
- Sparkling Ice – Flavored Sparkling Water (Various Flavors)
- Artificial Sweeteners such as Equal, Sweet ‘n Low, etc.
- Various Liqueurs – for example but not limited to Gran Marnier, Blue Curacao, Cointreau, Melon, etc.
- Vodka – 80 proof
Instructions
- Special Notes!
- DO NOT USE VODKA OR LIQUEURS WITH A HIGHER PROOF THAN 80.
- In a mixing bowl or a large measuring cup add four cups of Flavored Sparkling Water.
- Stir sparkling water vigorously to remove as much carbonation as possible.
- Add 8 packets of Artificial Sweetener, stir to mix, and the remaining carbonation will automatically escape.
- Add 3/4 cup of vodka
- Add 1/4 cup of your preferred Liqueur
- Fill individual popsicle sleeves, seal, and place in a freezer.
