Meat Lovers Country Sausage Biscuits And Gravy

I source the premade “Country Sausage Gravy” from GSF (Gordon Food Servbice).
Finished mixture is freezable. I use quart size breezer bags, proportioned to serving size.
When preparing the frozen portions, you can either cut a small slit into the freezer bag then microwave until warm or place the freezer bag into a pot of boiling water until contentents are completely heated.
Ingredients
- 1 ea. 6 LB 9 OZ can of Country Sausage Gravy (sourced at GFS)
- 1 ea. 1 LB roll of Hot Breakfast Sausage
- l ea. 2 OZ. Package of Cooked, Chopped, Pressed Corned Beef
- 1 ea. 2 OZ. Package of Smoked, Chopped Pressed Beef
- Pre made biscuits either frozen or in a tube
Instructions
- In a non stick skillet fry on medium heat the Hot Breakfast Sausage making sure to separate into small pieces.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Separate the quantity you need and microwave until hot.
- Serve over biscuits baked according to package instructions.
