J. Alexander Remoulade Sauce (For Char Grilled Artichokes)

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
• 3/4 tsp. minced garlic
• 1/2 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp. of finely chopped anchovies
• 1/2 tablespoon of sweet pickle relish
• 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper,
• 1/4 cup chopped chives,
• 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
• 2 tablespoons of chopped tarragon
