Dad’s Mashed Potatoes

Instructions

1. Cover Yukon Gold potatoes with water
2. Add 2 ea. chicken bouillon cubes
3. Boil until tender
4. Drain cooked potatoes
5. Add sour cream in small amounts while mashing as needed
6. On top of mashed potatoes add a few slices of butter
7. Lightly coat the top with parsley flakes.
