Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

• 2 ea. lbs. cubed beef stew meat
• 1 ea. beef bouillon cube
• salt and ground black pepper to taste
• ½ cup dry red wine
• 1 ea. onion, chopped fine
• 1 ea. tbsp. cornstarch
• 1 ea. tbsp. all purpose flour
• 1/4 cup of water
• 1 ea. 8 or 16 oz. pkg. sliced mushrooms
• 1 ea. tbsp. dried chives
• 4 oz. cream cheese
• 2 ea. cloves of garlic, minced
• 1 ea. tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 ea. container 8 oz. sour cream
• ½ cup of chopped fresh parsley (or ¼ cup of dried parsley)
• 1 ea. (10.75 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
• 1 ea. 16 oz. pkg. extra wide egg noodles
