Creamy Garlic Pork Marsala

Ingredients
- 1 ea. Tbsp. olive oil
- 8 ea. Oz. sliced mushrooms
- 3 ea. Minced garlic cloves
- 1 ea. ¾ cup Marsala wine
- 1 ea. Cup chicken broth
- 1 ea. 1¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 ea. Tsp. ground mustard
- 1 ea. Tsp. garlic powder
- 1 ea. Tsp. cornstarch
- 2 ea. Tbsp. water
- 1 ea. 1½ lb. Smithfield Roasted Garlic Herb Marinated Pork Loin (or plain)
- Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cube pork loin
- Add olive oil to med. size skillet and heat on med. High.
- Cook pork cubes approx. 3-4 min. Each side until pork is browned and cooked throughout. Remove pork and set aside.
- Add minced garlic and mushrooms to the skillet and cook until mushrooms are tender, approx. 2-3 min. Set aside with pork.
- Add chicken broth and Marsala wine to the skillet and bring to a boil and allow it to deglaze for about 1-2 min.
- Add in heavy cream, ground mustard and garlic powder.
- Mix cornstarch with water in a small bowl, then add the cornstarch slurry to the sauce allowing it to simmer until thick, about 5-7 min.
- Put the pork and mushrooms back into the skillet with sauce and heat throughout.
- Serve over Noodles
