Creamy Gorgonzola Dressing
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Gorgonzola cheese crumbled
- ⅔ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon chopped garlic
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon hot sauce optional
Instructions
- Crumble the cheese.
- Put half the crumbled cheese in a small mixing bowl.
- Mash the cheese with a fork.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Refrigerate until time to serve, at least 2 hours if possible.
