Ingredients

• ½ tsp. white pepper
• 1 tbsp. brandy or bourbon
• 6 oz. crumbled blue cheese
• 1 bunch of green onions
• 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• ½ tsp. garlic powder
• ⅛ tsp. black pepper
• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
• ½ tsp. Seasonall
• 2 oz. shredded pecorino romano
• 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese at room temperature.
• 1 pkg. (2 oz.) smoked chipped beef cut up into small pieces
