Dad’s Caesar Salad Dressing
Notes
Although you can substitute Grated Parmesan Cheese for the Pecorino Romano, the unique taste of this dressing is attributed to the Pecorino Romano.
Ingredients
- 2 ¼ cups of Hellmann’s mayonnaise
- ¾ cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
- 3 ea. tbsps. fresh lemon juice
- 1 ½ ea. tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 ea. minced garlic cloves
- 9 ea. tbsps. extra-virgin olive oil
- ¾ tbsp. salt
- ¾ tsp. white pepper
Instructions
- Whisk mayonnaise, Pecorino Romano (Parmesan), lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and white pepper together in a large bowl.
- Slowly whisk in olive oil until thoroughly mixed.
