(Doesn’t get any easier than this!)

Special Note:The thickness of the steak will increase or decrease the required cooking time for the desired doneness.  To increase doneness, add cooking time (increments of 1 more minute per side).  For steaks to cook more rare, decrease cooking time.  The thinner the steak, reduce cooking time accordingly
