Zucchini Soup
Zucchini Soup
Ingredients
- 8 ea. cups thin sliced zucchini
- 1 ea. stick of butter
- 2 ea med. potatoes peeled and diced
- 2 ea. med. onions chopped
- 1 ea. tsp. dill weed
- 1 ea. tsp. tarragon vinegar
- 32 oz. chicken stock
Instructions
- Cook all ingredients until tender.
- Let cool slightly then place into a blender and puree.
