Notes
Recommended amount to season corned beef is approx 1 tsp. per pound
If you want to get creative, you can add small amounts (⅛ tsp.) of:
- Cloves

Allspice
-
Cardamom
-
Cinnamon
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Coriander
- 2 Tsp. Peppercorns
- 1 Tbsp. Mustard seeds
- 1 Tsp. Anise Seeds
- 1 Tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 large bay leaves, crushed
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together
- It is now time to release the flavors of the spices
- Place mixed spices in a mortar and pestle and grind slightly
- Store in an airtight container
