Larosa’s Baked Buddy Hoagy
Ingredients
- hoagy buns (preferably Larosa’s original)
- pizza sauce (prefered amount)
- provolone (prefered amount)
- pickles (prefered amount)
- red onions (prefered amount)
- pepperoni (prefered amount)
- capocolla ham (prefered amount)
- salami (prefered amount)
Instructions
- If using Larosa’s original hoegy buns, bake according to instructions.
- Coat top of bun with pizza sauce
- Layer all ingredients in the order of provolone on top, then pepperoni, capocolla ham, salami
- Place assembled hoagy, less top bun coated with pizza sauce under oven broiler until provalove is melted (watch carefully so mas not to burn)
- Remove from oven, add pickles and onion, then place top of bun on toated portion and enjoy.
