Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting.
Ingredients
- 1 ea. cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 ea. tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 ea. tbsp. butter
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 ¾ cup confectioners sugar
Instructions
- Melt chocolate and butter together in a double boiler
- Let cool and blend in the sour cream, vanilla, and salt
- Gradually add the confectioner’s sugar until frosting is of spreading consistency, beat well.
